The owner Chad is awesome. He truly cares about your house and your carpet. If there's anything wrong with any saying he was there to make sure that it was right. And they sell an awesome product. How about 3 rooms of carpet from them And was very reasonably priced. Now my new house looks great thanks to Hi-Tech flooring.
Awesome to work with. Butch and Chad were super nice and very helpful with assisting us in picking out our vinyl flooring and carpet. The installers were professional and respectful and did a great job putting out flooring down! We are highly impressed with the way our basement looks and will definitely recommend Louisville Hi-Tech and use them in any of our future flooring needs.

I was very impressed with the selection and quality of the floor. The customer service was is excellent. The owner Chad was accommodating and responsive to my questions. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect flooring for both my personal home and my rental property. Install was very timely and the installers were professional.
Highly recommend. From start to finish they did an amazing job and took care of all my flooring needs. I purchased a new home and had carpet removed and LVP installed. Hi Tech took care of everything the removal, cleanup, and installation all in one day. Will definitely use them again for any flooring needs.
