The staff was very helpful while I was picking out my carpet. It's the perfect color, and it's very soft. The installers were right on time, very polite, and professional. My closets are unfinished, so there is exposed piping, etc. They did an amazing job installing around everything. Perfect... looks seamless! I mean, wow, I was shocked! The trim matches my hallway flooring too. It was also done in a timely manner at fair pricing. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

We just recently bought a couple of rooms of carpet at Louisville Hi-Tech Floor Covering. We were very satisfied with the service and the quality. The price was over $600 less than the other stores that I shopped. During the past two years we have bought some beautiful engineered hardwood flooring from Hi-Tech also. Great people to work with.

The service was excellent and the the men that did the installation were very friendly and did a wonderful job. The price was way lower than any place I have ever dealt with. The sales team did not try to sell me the most expensive product in the store. They actually sold me a lower priced carpet and it was below my budget and looks great. If you need hardwood floors or carpet don't waste your time and money going any place else. I promise you will be happy with the quality and professional service you receive.

Just recently I had my basement flooded by the massive rains that we had here in Louisville, KY. The carpet and the hardwood that we had was completely destroyed. We have used this company for carpet three different times, and every time I have been a happy customer. They are easy to work with, communicate well, and do a great job installing. For the last job, we got estimates from 3 different companies. Joe Jr’s never called me back to give me my estimate after coming out to measure. Carpet Mart wanted us to pay before they even got the carpet. Hi Tech Flooring is who we went with. Chad did a great job making sure we got the exact carpet we were wanting to match the rest of our house. Not only was the job done well and in a very timely manner, but the installers also found my husband’s lost wedding ring and gave it back to us. They could have easily taken it and we would have never known. So they are trustworthy too! I would recommend them to friends, and we will use them for the next room renovation!

Had luxury vinyl plank installed downstairs and hardwood installed upstairs and couldn’t be happier with the service received. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection and install. Their price beat out all other quotes! They guaranteed the installers would be prompt and complete my job in the time given and they completely exceeded all expectations.
